ESPN Commericals
If you are familiar with ESPN commericals they are pretty funny. Check out this link and you can watch about 40 of them. It's worth the 10 minutes.

Blading...
About 2.5 weeks ago, Valerie talked me into buying some roller blades. As many of you know, Valerie grew up figure skating and then started rollar blading after she was done with that. I have always done the biking and running thing, but we figured this could be something that we could do together out in the glorious weather that we have here in Texas year around (ok, most of the time). I had done some hockey skating when I lived in Minnesota, so I figured I could catch on pretty quick.
Anyways, this has been one of the best moves I have made, when it comes to excerising. I love it!! We have started off by going about 3-5 miles a day, 5 times a week. There is a great trail by our place so we will be able to continue to up our mileage as we go each time.
Why do I like it so much? First, it is far less strenuous on my knees and body (I am 31 now folks!) then running and I think I get just as go as workout, if not better than running. Second, I can go for longer distances and periods of times, so I can workout longer. Thirdly, I get a better total body workout then biking or running. And finally, its something that Valerie and I can do together.
So if you are looking for a new workout idea, check out rollar blading...it will be worth it (just don't kill yourself while you're learning).

LeBron James...
This guy is ridiculous...this dunk could have won the Gus Maucker dunk contest in Cedar Falls back in '96.
