My wife and I rented 3:10 to Yuma this weekend and if you haven't seen it yet, you neeg to. Russell Crowe and Christian Bale are great in their roles and the story is awesome. My dad and I use to watch Clint Eastwood Westerns like "Pale Rider" and "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" and one of my favorite movies of all-time is "Unforgiven." So I enjoy a good Western and if I could live at any time period (other that Jesus' time) it would be the days of the Wild West. 3:10 to Yuma is a quality movie and is definitely one of my favorite Westerns...great story, the good guy vs the bad guy, the family facing land issues, etc.
Great movie...go rent it.

In return, you need to go to Rambo ... I was in DM today and ducked out of the office for a matinee showing by myself this afternoon.
Would be a great movie for Soneson's class - "pacifism vs. lethal force" ... can good be accomplished through killing?
Being that it's a Rambo movie, the answer from its perspective was a resounding "Yes!" ... and I agree.
Disclaimer: lots of swearing and very graphic violence.
jer... I would like to also live during the cowboy era with you, simply so I could see you in full cowboy gear and cowboy slang and roping and riding wild horses... oh what a sight to see...about as funny as seeing my husband in his cowboy getup for a wedding last year! ha!
